Philip leads BackBay’s Private Markets and Venture Capital group. He is responsible for creation and execution of comprehensive integrated strategic public relations and content marketing programs on behalf of a variety of domestic and international clients including general partners, family offices, placement agents, consultants, service providers and private markets-focused organizations. Phil joined BackBay in 2007.

Phil previously served as a Vice President at Arnold Worldwide, as Communications Director for the Massachusetts Senate Committee on Ways and Means, and as a Logistics Analyst at GTE Government Systems.

Phil received a B.S., with honors, in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, and an M.S. in Journalism from Boston University. Phil likes to spend his free time on the bike, in the kitchen, with the latest best seller, or in quality time with friends and family.
