Michal is an Account Coordinator at BackBay Communications. Before joining BackBay, Michal worked as a writer and researcher for The International Coaching Federation’s Thought Leadership Institute, where she explored the futures of work, education, coaching, and planetary ecology. She also assisted the author Elizabeth Graver with the publicity work and editing for the novel Kantika.

Michal recently graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with a BA in English and Communication. During her time at Boston College, she was an editor for The Stylus Literary Magazine and an active member of The Avid Listeners of Boston College (ALBC), the largest music club on campus. She enjoys reading fantasy novels, attending concerts, and playing with her dogs.
