Adèle is an Account Director in the Impact Investing group, where she supports clients in navigating their messaging and positioning. Adèle brings her clients years of impact investing experience and deep knowledge of the industry’s growing trends and rapid evolvements. Prior to joining BackBay, Adèle was Senior Associate of Communications at The ImPact, a community of family offices focused on impact investing, where she conducted a rebrand, launched the organization’s marketing materials, designed reports, created newsletters, websites, and their first ever podcast.

Adèle’s passion for impact investing began in college while working at UBS in Private Wealth Management and continued while working at Women Moving Millions which provided pathways for capital to make a real impact. Adèle graduated from Columbia University with a BA in History and Senior Thesis Honors. She was a grant recipient of the Tow Foundation for Public Service and played on the Division I varsity squash team.

Adèle lives in New York, and though a native, her family’s Boston roots have made her an avid Red Sox fan. In her free time, Adèle enjoys playing squash, sailing, and spending time in Maine.
