When we began working with one of the leading developers of trading solutions for the financial services industry, the company had 25 employees, no marketing or PR, and an engineering culture. The company wanted to win new clients; hire the best talent; and expand its product line.

We devised a research-based integrated marketing communications plan that would: demonstrate the company's success; create differentiated positioning; and raise awareness through media relations, client communications, events, their Website, and marketing material.

We conducted research, and developed brand positioning that has been used in all communications, in marketing material, and on the company's Website. We then created a detailed marketing plan including sell-side and industry analyst relations, conference speaking program, awards submission program, media relations, proprietary events, marketing collateral and advertising.
